Bake salmon for 20-25 minutes, until the pasty is golden brown and crisp. To test if ready, insert a skewer into the middle. It should feel warm for medium cooked salmon. A piping hot skewer indicates the fish is well done.
Put the potatoes in the oven 15 minutes before the salmon is due to finish.
Rest the salmon for 5 minutes before serving.
Warm the sauce gently in a saucepan, do not allow to boil.
Microwave the vegetables in the steam bag for 2 minutes on full power.
