Bake in middle of the oven for 25 – 30 mins until golden
Remove the lid from the potatoes place in oven 15 mins before the lamb is due to finish cooking
Remove from the oven and rest for 5-10 minutes
Reheat the sauce gently in a pan
Place precooked vegetables in to microwave for 1 min on high setting rest for 1 min & repeat for another min to heat through or drop the sealed bag in to a pan of boiling water for 5 mins & serve
